Queen’s Cypher (Outlands)

The Order of the Queen’s Cypher is awarded by the Queen of the Outlands to those who have rendered personal service to her during the reign. Bearers of the Queen’s Cypher may wear the insignia of the order, a stylized rendition of the Queen’s initials.
